Dear Alan,

We just wanted to thank you so very much for building our home at the beach. We just LOVE it! You did such a magnificent job with the original construction in 1994. [Second slide shows where elevator went. Also outdoor upstairs porch.]

When we decided to renovate and add on to the original structure, we knew your were the person we would want to complete it. We needed someone with your experience and expertise, and once again, we couldn’t have been more pleased with the outcome. The completed job looks like it was part of the original house plan. Your work exceeded our expectations!

We realize how complex it is to build a custom home so close to the ocean on the sand, but your confidence and reassurance continuously put us at ease. The subcontractors you hired were professional and delivered high quality work. The experience of you and your superintendent, Kenny, is so evident in every area of the construction.
We appreciate the directness and honesty of both you and Kenny. We felt so confident in leaving every detail to you and the people that work for you.

You were so accessible to us with any questions we had and would always work around our schedule. It truly was our pleasure to work with you and enjoy our “New” home so very much.
