My apologies for waiting so long to write and tell you how pleased Melinda and I are with our house in Rosemary Beach.

We have been more than pleased with your company’s spirit of cooperation during the construction of this house. We appreciate the fact that we could always pick up the telephone, call your office and get an immediate response. It is also important that this willingness to answer questions and respond to small problems has continued well after the actual construction has been completed.
