Dear Alan,

I just wanted to send you a follow up letter 14 years after you completed our home in Emerald Bay, Destin, Florida.
We were impressed with the initial finished work when the house was first built in 1997. Especially with the attention to the details with making the home weather tight to the elements.

Perhaps more important, the home has maintained its quality through 14 years of various weather conditions including hurricanes, storms, and various severe weather conditions. This has enabled us to enjoy our home with a minimum amount of repairs and maintenance. On the rare occasions we have needed Ficarra Builders they have been there and are still here after all these years.
