Subject: Many thanks for a job well done!

Dear Alan,

It has been 4 years since you and your team completed our house, AND to this day, we love our house and are thankful we picked you to build it.

As a builder myself, I can appreciate the details that most would not know about. The little things count, such as your waterproofing techniques, material selection and craftsmanship.

I would especially commend you on your communication style. As you recall, we spent many wonderful hours fine-tuning the budget by exploring lots of options.

Through this process, you were able to meet our budget and build the home in record time (5 months).

My confidence in you was so high that that my three visits to the house during construction was all that we needed to keep things on track.

Four years later, the house is performing very well. We have had a few maintenance and warranty items. I am thankful that you came without hesitation to remedy our issues.

At the end of the day, I would gladly select you again as our builder and highly recommend Alan Ficarra Builders as a Premier Builder in South Walton area.
