Dear Alan:

Just a note to tell you that after four years I am still as happy with the home you built for Emmet and I as I was the day it was finished.

The quality of construction of my house has absolutely lived up to my expectations. This has been especially important to me as Emmet passed away in December of 2004 and all of the responsibility of upkeep was passed to me.

One thing in particular that was most critical to me was that the house would not leak and we have now survived many a hurricane and other storms without one problem and that is due to the quality of construction.

This home was built as if you and your crew were going to live here. Your employees were always available and their work was done with the experienced craftsman they are.

If you ever need a reference please do not hesitate to use my name.
